In autumn, guests were welcomed into the heart of our hundred-year-old olive groves for an interactive, hands-on experience. This was more than just an activity - it was an immersion into a timeless tradition deeply rooted in the local culture. The simple act of picking olives became a journey into sustainable living, as we embraced techniques passed down through generations, cultivating the land with respect and gratitude.

Under the warm autumn sun shining through the olive trees, participants joined our gardening team, who guided them through the fascinating process of harvesting olives. Our team not only demonstrated how to pick the perfect olives but also shared insights into the heritage of olive farming in this region - how these ancient groves sustained families and communities for hundreds of years.

And as a special gift, each guest received beautifully packaged, handpicked olives along with a cherished family recipe from our Executive Chef for making salted olives at home. It was a delightful way to bring the taste of the Mediterranean back home.

Our olive harvest extended beyond the grove to the dining table. During the harvest, guests enjoyed a themed breakfast corner featuring dishes prepared with our very own olive oil and local ingredients.
