Olive Harvest Team Building

At Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, we believe in the power of shared experiences to strengthen bonds and foster teamwork. This November, our resort staff participated in a unique team-building activity: the olive harvest. Set against the picturesque backdrop of our resort's olive groves, the harvest not only brought the team together but also deepened our connection to the region’s rich agricultural heritage.

Team building provided a memorable opportunity for staff to work together in a relaxed and natural setting, picking olives by hand, just as generations before us have done. As the morning sun cast its golden light over the groves, laughter filled the air, with each team member contributing to the harvest in their own way.
