Terms and Conditions

The following TERMS and CONDITIONS apply to any claim made by you in connection with the best rate available guarantee.

1. Your reservation must have been made through Sun Gardens Dubrovnik website www.sungardensdubrovnik.com / www.dubrovniksungardens.com or through our reservations department at [email protected].

2. The best rate guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

• Rates that are not publically available, such as negotiated corporate, group rates or members-only rates.
• Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria.
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
• Rates specially created based on minimum length of a stay.
• Rates negotiated for stays for more than 14 nights.
• Rates available on auction or flash sale websites.
• Rates available on websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
• Rates that are pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable.
• Rates that are not authorized by the hotel.

3. Sun Gardens Dubrovnik has the sole right to determine the validity of any rate for the best rate guarantee.

4. The lower rate must be found and a claim placed to the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik reservations department within 24 hours of the booking of your reservation with Sun Gardens Dubrovnik and must be for the same reservation dates, room type, service and VAT included. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply. In addition, all claims must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check in.

5. Sun Gardens Dubrovnik will verify the lower rate and will notify you of the results within 48 hours of your claim.

6. The general public must be able to reserve the lower rate and it must be verifiable by Sun Gardens Dubrovnik. If you have booked a lower rate through other channels, Sun Gardens Dubrovnik is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to the cancellation of the reservation.

7. Rate comparison will be made on the same basis as displayed on Sun Gardens Dubrovnik website (including default service, and VAT). Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.

8. When a claim covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for the amount for total stay of the reservation.

9. The best rate available guarantee is void where prohibited by law. Sun Gardens Dubrovnik reserves the right to modify or cancel its best rate available guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
