Squash Academy

Designed to develop skills from the beginning, the Squash Academy at Sun Gardens Dubrovnik provides exciting summer activity in a fun and inspiring environment taking place from April 1 to October 31, 2024.

Squash Academy was created for children aged 7 to 15.  A game of squash in a welcoming environment will boost a child's confidence and get them more involved in sporting activities. The size of each training group will be up to 4 children. Each week, training will be held six times in morning sessions, from Monday to Saturday from 13:00 to 14:30. The expected duration of the training is 90 minutes. Participants are welcome to join the Academy any day of the week, depending on the arrival date.

Each participant will receive a Nike sports sack with a T-shirt and shorts and, upon completion, a certificate and a medal. Due to the limited space, we recommend booking in advance.

Skills learned:

Warm-up techniques, coordination and speed drills, forehand and backhand drive, volley, boast lob, drop shot and service training.
